In the report of the research entitled Quality of Attention of the Obstetrics Professionals and Adherence of the pregnant women to their prenatal control in the Acapulco Health Center – Callao, the objective was to characterize the degree of compliance of pregnant women with their prenatal controls and the limitations related to the care received.
It is a research with a quantitative, applied, non-experimental, transversal approach. The study population consisted of 40 pregnant women, when applying the calculation formula for two qualitative variables, a sample of 36 was obtained.
The pregnant women were surveyed by applying a structured questionnaire. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistical methods and to find the significance of the results the chi-square test was applied
When performing the hypothesis test, we had a result of X2 table = 3.84 and X2 test = 12.857, rejecting the null hypothesis and accepting the study hypothesis.
