Nivel de información y ansiedad en pacientes de fases preoperatorias en el servicio de hospitalización del Hospital Arzobispo Loayza, Lima - 2022.

Actualmente este estudio de investigación es descriptiva de corte transversal cuyo objetivo es la concordancia sobre la relación entre el Nivel de Información y la ansiedad en los pacientes hospitalizados en fase preoperatoria en el servicio de cirugía en el Hospitalización Del Hospital Arzobispo Loayza, en el Modelo de esta teoría del autocuidado de Dorotea Oren está compuesta la muestra por 100 pacientes en fase preoperatorio del servicio de cirugía; a quienes se les entrego un cuestionario de Escala de autoevaluación de la ansiedad y cuestionario sobre el nivel de información en los cuales los pacientes describen todo sus conocimientos y sensaciones en la fase preoperatoria. Se procesó la información empleando estadístico IBM mediante la prueba estadística Chi cuadrado y la prueba gamma estadística. Los resultados obtenidos demuestran que, si existe relación estadísticamente significativa nivel de información y la ansiedad El 81% de los pacientes que tienen nivel de información bajo, el 25% tienen un grado de ansiedad leve y el 56% tienen moderada; del 19% de los usuarios que tienen un nivel de información alto, el 15% tienen un grado de ansiedad leve y el 4% tienen moderada. Tanto de significancia para ambas variables (p < 0,05).
