El estudio titulado Factores que intervienen en la adherencia del paciente a los programas de rehabilitación cardiaca, tuvo como Objetivo : Determinar los factores que intervienen en la adherencia del paciente con enfermedad cardiovascular (ECV) a los Programas de rehabilitación cardiaca. Se trató de una revisión sistemática con una población de 8 artículos científicos publicados en revistas indizadas obtenidos accediendo a las bases de datos Dialnet, Lilacs, Scielo, EbscoHost yProquest. Material y método: La técnica de análisis empleada fue la elaboración de tablas resumen y evaluación critica intensiva de los artículos de acuerdo a criterios técnicos establecidos. Resultados: Los estudios revisados de 8 artículos es con alta fuerza de recomendación, el 50% de ellos procedió de España y el otro 50% se dividió entre Chile, Venezuela, Colombia y Costa Rica, siendo la mayoría de diseño casos y controles. Conclusión : La revisión sistemática revisada evidencia que el ingreso económico, edad, aspecto emocional y relación con el personal de salud son factores que intervienen positivamente en la adherencia a los tratamientos de rehabilitación cardiaca, mientras que el sexo femenino y patologías concomitantes son factores que influyen negativamente
