Los edublogs y el desarrollo de la lecto-escritura de los estudiantes de primer semestre del programa de etnoeducación de la universidad de la Guajira- Colombia

The purpose of this research was to conduct an educational experience in order to use edublogs for developing literacy in students in the first semester of the program at the University of La Guajira. The general hypothesis was whether the use of edublogs significantly improved literacy in these students. The type of study was descriptive-correlational, where a test was applied before and one after the use of edublogs to measure the level of development of literacy in their textual, semantic and pragmatic dimensions. The study population were students in the first semester of ethnic education program in the three days morning, noon and night, whose total number was 144, which was applied a stratified random sampling with proportional allocation whose sample was 95. The technique used was the survey and an instrument with 17 items and Likert scale with five answer choices, which was validated by three experts, whose reliability was calculated with Cronbach's alpha of 0.83 and is considered high was designed. Concluding the study can mention that there is empirical evidence to establish the relationship between the use of edublogs and the significant improvement of literacy of students in the first semester of ethnic education with a reliability of 95%.

Entornos virtuales de aprendizaje para las prácticas curriculares en estudiantes de quinto grado en la Institución Educativa Pozo Nutrias 2

The present investigation called the use of virtual learning environments improves academic performance of students in the fifth degree of the educational institution well Otters 2 of the municipality of El Carmen de Chucurí, had as its objective to determine to what extent the use of virtual environments influence the improvement of the academic performance of students. Working with a sample of 22 fifth-grade students of the educational institution, which represents 5% of 100% of the total population of the group. This study is applied methodology with a deductive database type within a quantitative approach. An instrument was designed for the collection of data that corresponded to a survey, the same that catered to the indicators that in turn respond to the dimensions raised in the work. With the results obtained are able to identify the shortcomings of the students in their learning process by isolating the causes of these difficulties and achieving with this propose a solution to remedy the problems evidenced.

Estrategias de aprendizaje y rendimiento académico en los estudiantes de 9º de Básica Secundaria en instituciones educativas de El Carmen de Bolívar – Colombia

The present study was to determine the relationship between learning strategies and academic achievement in basic education of high school students. To do a quantitative correlational research applied nature, relationships between different learning strategies and measures between the different subjects studied by applying the test ACRA learning strategies (Roman & Gallego, 1997) to a sample of 90 students three educational institutions in the municipality of El Carmen de Bolivar in Colombia. Academic performance was measured from the marks obtained in the 2015 academic year by students in the subjects of mathematics, language, social sciences and natural sciences. The results reveal that there is a correlation between math and assimilation strategies, coding, retrieval and information support. In language only correlation was found with the support strategies. No correlation was found with the performance in other areas and found no differences in correlations between women and men. It stresses that there is a high correlation between each of the steps in the scale strategy, and between the performance of the subjects of math, language arts and social sciences. Finally, an intervention program is proposed in which the students use the learning strategies in the development of the competences in the different areas of training.

Estrategias psicopedagógicas para la prevención de dificultades en lectura escritura de los estudiantes del segundo grado en la Institución Educativa Rural Vijagual de Bucaramanga

Children develop knowledge about properties of reading and writing taking into account their environment; these pre knowledge are the fundamental bases when they begin their school life, which will be important and of great help in their reading and writing process development. For this reason our research team focuses on the development of psycho-educational strategies for the prevention of reading and writing difficulties on second grade, seen as an opportunity to improve these learning processes. Through this research using a descriptive method and the application of the registration and observation form can be demonstrated the process followed by children to improve their reading and writing skills. In other words, the curriculum Spanish Language development and especially the teaching and learning of reading and writing, is supported in the approach to the notion of this process that build children within flexible learning environments, which serving for knowledge communication and transmission; this is how the educational brochure learning is proposed as a strategy to develop different activities with children with reading and writing difficulties. The achievement obtained by applying this research is a significant improvement in the reading-writing as to improve their reading comprehension and spelling in different texts proposed process. Gestión de recursos humanos y su relación con la calidad de atención de pacientes del servicio de otorrinolaringología y cirugía de cabeza y cuello del Hospital Nacional Luis N. Sáenz PNP

This research was made to determinate the association between the management of human resources and quality of service in the Ear Nose and Throat and Head and Neck Surgery Service at Luis N. Sáenz Police Hospital, the type of study was descriptive associative, on the field, with non – experimental design. The population was composed by two groups, one of 18 subjects for the variable human resources management and the other 91 subjects for the variable quality of service. The technique of data collection was the observation through survey, with an instrument with questionnaire Likkert type, divided in two parts, one to measure the human resources management and the other to measure the quality of service. Both were validated by experts, later a pilot test was implemented and the reliability was estimated through the use of Alpha Cronbach Coefficient, indicating that the instrument is highly reliable for both variables. Analysis of results was made using percentage, and descriptive statistics from which it was concluded that there was a high association between human resources management and the quality of service. In the present work it was found that the management of human resources in the National Hospital Luis N. Sáenz PNP, is regular, as it was referred by 61.3% of the health personnel, therefore the Human Resources Management has a positive relationship degree 56.9%; that is to say to better Human Resources Management there will be a better quality of service to the patients of the Otorhinolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgery service of the National Hospital Luis N. Sáenz of the National Police of Peru

Nivel de participación de la escuela de padres y la gestión educativa en las instituciones del municipio de Florencia Caquetá – Colombia, en el año 2015

The present investigation, entitled "Level of participation of the school of parents and the educational management in the institutions of the Municipality of Florencia Caquetá - Colombia, in the year 2015", was proposed to determine the relationship between the school of parents and the educational management. The methodology of the research is applied, quantitative approach, correlational method and non-experimental design. As a population, the 6,500 parents were taken from the Technical Industrial, Salle and Jorge Eliecer Gaitán educational institutions in Florence. The sample consisted of 363 parents from the respective institutions and a simple random sample was used. The instruments used were the survey, the semistructured interview, the focus group and the workshop. The test of the hypothesis was made through the Chi Square Test, concluding that there is a significant relationship between the school of parents and educational management in the Institutions of the Municipality of Florencia- Caquetá- Colombia, in 2015, meaning that There is a relationship between the dimensions of institutional strategies, parental involvement, communication and knowledge of the school, parent training and parent-child relationships of the variable parent school and human resources, material resources, management and management academic and administrative and the pedagogical aspects of the educational management variable.

La plataforma Moodle como estrategia didáctica para mejorar la comprensión de lectura de los estudiantes de grado octavo de la institución educativa “Roberto García Peña” del Municipio de Girón, Santander – Colombia en 2016

The research approach is quantitative, with quasi-experimental design, with test and posttest, with not equivalent control group; Due to the type of research selected for this study, the population and sample were determined by using a non-probabilistic method, particularly the case study, and for the selection a pre-test was applied to different groups of students, taking as experimental group the one with the lowest performance. For this, two groups were selected, the experimental group with 24 students, and the control group with 23. The didactic strategy Moodle platform was implemented in 9 working sessions. The measuring instruments were: diagnostic test and final test, as well as a chart, which showed the participation of the students in the tasks, chats and forums in which reading strategies were developed. The instruments measured the development of competences: grammatical, semantic, pragmatic and critical with the implementation of the Moodle platform, resulting in a better performance in reading comprehension.

Relación entre la implementación de las herramientas tecnológicas TIC y el fortalecimiento del proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje, de los docentes de la básica de la Institución Educativa Manuel Murillo Toro (Chaparral- Tolima, 2014)

The objective of this research work is to determine the relationship between the implementation of ICT Technological tools and the strengthening of the teachinglearning process of the teachers of the Manuel Murillo Toro Educational Institution in the municipality of Chaparral-Tolima Colombia. 2014, which present problems in their work, since most of them have little mastery in the use of ICT tools in the classroom, due to lack of commitment, fear of change, little IT culture and use of ICT tools offered by the institution. The population under study, consists of 60 teachers of the basic, the Educational Institution Manuel Murillo Toro municipality of Chaparral Tolima. The sample corresponds to 100% of the total population. The technique to be used in the research is the survey, the data collection instruments used are the questionnaire, which was composed of 49 questions on the Likert scale), the questionnaire provided information about the TIC Technological Tools variable and the variable Teaching learning, through the evaluation of its different dimensions. To carry out a descriptive analysis, we start from the reduction of the data, that is, from the simplification, the summary, the selection of the information to make it comprehensible and manageable, then we make the disposition of the information in a graphic and organized way. To facilitate the understanding and analysis of it, we use histograms that allowed us to describe the information corresponding to the sample. The inferential analysis was done using Spearman's Rho correlation coefficient, which allowed to determine the degree of correlation between the variables. In the inferential plane it was possible to determine the existence of a direct correlation between the ICT Technological Tools variables and the Teachinglearning in the primary basic, where Spearman's Rho coefficient yielded 0.7637, being in the range of 0.76 to 1.00, for this reason, the correlation between ICT technological tools. and teaching- Learning in primary school can be categorized as strong and perfect; The Null Hypothesis (Ho) is rejected and the Alternative Hypothesis (H1) is accepted, determining that there is a significant relationship between the TIC Technological Tools variable and the Teaching-Learning variable.

Uso de la webquest y su influencia en el aprendizaje de informática II en un grupo de estudiantes del segundo ciclo de estudios básicos complementarios de la Universidad Norbert Wiener en el año 2014

The objective of the present project was to evaluate to what extent the use of the WebQuest tool influences the learning of the course of Computing II, taking advantage of the previous knowledge of internet that the students have and thus improve their personal process of motivation by the learning. Regarding the methodology, the study was quantitative, explanatory and quasi experimental. The evaluation instrument was a questionnaire of ten questions, which allowed the measurement of meaningful learning and collaborative learning; We used the questionnaire that was applied before using the WebQuest and after using the WebQuest. We used statistical techniques with a sample of 102 students. The results indicated that after applying WebQuest, it did favorably influence the significant and collaborative learning of the Informatics II course. To test the hypotheses, the T - Student statistic was applied, both for the before and after test, adjusted to a 95.0% adjustment, with a 5% margin of error. The comparative research verified that the WebQuest itself has a favorable influence on the learning of Informatics II; Whenever it can be implemented under teaching and learning strategies; In simple terms that favor the initiative and research capacity of the student.
