Métodos: Se efectuará una investigación aplicada, cuantitativa, observacional y transversal, con 100 adultos mayores que asisten a consultorios externos del Hospital Carlos Monge Medrano Juliaca-Minsa 2025. En cuanto a la recopilación de los registros se empleará la encuesta por vía de dos cuestionarios. Posterior a su ejecución, se recopilará evidencia que se codificará y organizará en un repositorio, consecuentemente será analizada con el SPSS 25.0. Se hará uso de herramientas de índole descriptiva e inferencial, empleando para esta última la prueba Spearman, que posibilitará comprobar la precisión y consistencia de las conjeturas de la indagación, facilitando así la elaboración de las conclusiones sobre los fenómenos examinados.The study seeks to "Determine the relationship between self-care and the quality of life of older adults who attend outpatient clinics at the Carlos Monge Medrano Juliaca-Minsa Hospital 2025."
