El objetivo de este estudio fue determinar la verificación de los intervalos del valor de referencia del perfil lipídico establecidos con el autoanalizador mindray bs-240E, en adultos sanos atendidos en la clínica ocupacional POS, lima 2024. Materiales y Métodos: Se utilizo el método deductivo, con un enfoque cuantitativo de tipo aplicada de investigación no experimental de corte transversal. Para el Colesterol Total, Triglicéridos, HDL, LDL. Se utilizo la guía CLSI C28-A3 y los intervalos de referencia propuestos por los fabricantes, estos tuvieron un límite superior e inferior, para dichos resultados. Resultados: Se estudio 305 pacientes sanos, cuyos pacientes se realizaron perfil lipídico. El colesterol total obtuvo una transferencia del 100%, teniendo un rango de límite inferior aceptable de 115mg/dl y un rango de límite superior de 199mg/dl, los triglicéridos tuvieron un porcentaje aceptable del 100%, teniendo como rango de límite inferior 75mg/dl y un rango de límite superior de 149mg/dl, cumpliendo lo requerido y encontrándose en los intervalos aceptables. Mientras que el HDL y LDL, mantuvieron un porcentaje del 96% y 95%, teniendo como límite inferior y superior para HDL de 28 – 49mg/dl, y para el LDL un límite inferior y superior del 61 – 132mg/dl. Conclusiones: En base a ello se pudo concluir, que dichos marcadores bioquímicos cumplieron con la transferencia, en el cual dichos intervalos de referencia propuestos por los fabricantes se mantuvieron estables y con ello la guía CLSI, que se mantuvo en lo establecido, dando a si una alta confiabilidad en la reproducción de dichos resultados.Introduction: Reference intervals are a standard goal when performing quality control, and even more so when optimal ranges of said parameters are maintained for the results process, being reliable and maintaining precise quality control.
