Metodología: La investigación se desarrollará bajo un enfoque cuantitativo utilizando el método hipotético-deductivo. Será de tipo aplicada, con un diseño no experimental, de corte transversal y nivel correlacional. La población estará conformada por 80 profesionales de enfermería que laboran en la sala de operaciones de un hospital de Lima, con quienes se trabajará mediante muestreo censal. Para la recolección de datos se emplearán las técnicas de encuesta y observación, utilizando como instrumentos un cuestionario estructurado para evaluar los factores (humanos, administrativos, físicos y tecnológicos) y una lista de verificación para medir el cumplimiento de la cirugía segura, basada en la propuesta de la OMS. Ambos instrumentos han sido previamente validados por juicio de expertos, presentando adecuados niveles de validez y confiabilidad; el cuestionario obtuvo un coeficiente alfa de Cronbach de 0,704 y la lista de verificación un coeficiente de Guttman de 0,578. Los datos serán procesados mediante estadística descriptiva e inferencial, organizados en tablas y gráficos, y se aplicará el coeficiente de correlación de Spearman para determinar la relación entre las variables de estudio.Objective: To determine the relationship between various factors and the level of compliace with the safe surgery checklist in the operating room of a hospital in Lima, 2026. Methodology: The study will be conducted using a quantitative approach based on the hypothetical-deductive method. It will be an applied study with a non-experimental, cross sectional design and a correlational approach. The population will consist of 30 nursing professionals working in the operating room of a hospital in Lima, with whom a census sampling method will be used. Survey and observation techniques will be used for data collection, employing a structured questionnaire to assess the factors (human, administrative, physical, and technological) and a checklist to measure the level of compliance with safe surgery, based on the WHO proposal. Both instruments have been previously validated by expert judgment, demonstrating adequate levels of validity and reliability; the questionnaire obtained a Cronbach’s alpha coefficient of 0.704 and the checklist a Guttman coefficient of 0.578.
