Method: The population will be made up of 80 nurses who work in the ICU of the hospital establishment. In relation to the method, it is a correlational study. The survey technique will be applied and for the measurement of variables, 2 questionnaires will be applied, one for “burnout” and the other for “job performance”. Once the data is available, it will be analyzed using the SPSS 27 statistical program.
