The study was applied, cross-sectional, and non-experimental in design. Eighty patients participated in the study, where their facial biotype was analyzed using the facial index, and the shape of the upper central incisors was measured using the Williams method. The results showed that 44% of the sample had a mesofacial biotype, with the male sex showing the highest percentage (31%) and the age group between 20-35 years (22%). Regarding the shape of the upper central incisors, 40% had an oval shape, with the male sex having the highest percentage (23%) and the age group between 20-35 years showing 18%.
