A descriptive, retrospective, and longitudinal study was conducted, with a population of 359 patients and a sample of 172 patients over 35 years of age. Clinical records were reviewed, with emphasis on those receiving treatment with new molecules (Kombiglyze, Onglyza, Trayenta, Toujeo, Jardiance, Victoza, Forxiga, Tresiba), prescribed by the Endocrinology Department. A DRP Identification Form was used to achieve the study objectives. Through pharmacotherapeutic follow-up, a total of 441 DRPs were identified, of which 58.7% (259) corresponded to male patients and 41.3% (182) to female patients. Potential DRPs accounted for 68.9% (304) and actual DRPs for 31.1% (137).
