Material y método: En cuanto a las técnicas, se trata de estudios inductivo deductivo, cuantitativo, transversales, no experimentales. Se utilizarán ciertos dispositivos en lograr tener el dato preciso, incluidas las guías de observaciones creada con el NIC en la mente. Enfoque cuantitativo, diseño no experimental, método hipotético deductivo, trasversal y prospectivo. Existirá una a población de 44 personales de enfermería del Área de Centro Quirúrgico de la Clínica Detecta Lima, 2024, por ello, se va a tomar toda la totalidad de la población de este estudio, dado que es una población finita. Se hicieron dos cuestionarios de forma correspondiente según la variable que fueron dirigidas a personales de enfermería del Área de Centro Quirúrgico de la Clínica Detecta Lima, 2024.
