Objetivo: describir la relación significativa entre la calidad de vida laboral y cómo afecta el desempeño de las enfermeras(os) de centro quirúrgico, del hospital público de Cañete, 2026. Método: Con un enfoque cuantitativo, el estudio se basará en el método hipotético-deductivo; una muestra censal de 52 enfermeras y enfermeros del departamento de cirugía central del hospital público de Cañete. Se emplearán dos formatos tipo Likert desarrollados por Milla Florentino y Custodio Pérez, quienes lograron un Alfa de Cronbach de 0,799 y 0,856 en sus instrumentos, lo que demuestra su confiabilidad. Dado que las variables son cualitativas, se utilizará SPSS para el análisis de datos y la correlación de Spearman para verificar las hipótesis.Introduction: Maintaining quality of work life is directly linked to job performance.
