Material and Methods: This study will be quantitative, with a non-experimental, cross-sectional design. The population will consist of 60 nursing professionals working in the emergency department of a National Hospital in Lima. The nursing professionals participating will be selected according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria outlined in the research. The technique used in this research will be the survey, through which important data will be collected in an efficient and effective manner. To measure the knowledge of nursing professionals in the initial management of patients with severe traumatic brain injury, the data collection instrument by Laura A. and Paco S. will be used. This instrument consists of 29 items, divided into 3 dimensions: neurological assessment, hemodynamic evaluation, and drug administration, providing values using the Stanines Scale (high, medium, and low).Objetivo principal: Determinar la relación entre el conocimiento de madres sobre vacunación y cumplimiento del calendario de vacunaciones en niños menores de cinco años en un Centro de salud de Lima.
