Se utilizó para recolectar los datos instrumentos validados y con una confiabilidad de 0,98 y 0.832 por alfa de Cronbach para el cuestionario calidad de atención y el cuestionario de satisfacción de usuario. Se empleó el software SPSS para obtener los resultados estadísticos, donde se obtuvo según el Rho de Spearman = 0,454 y un p-valor < de 0,05, concluyendo que existe una relación estadísticamente moderada entre calidad de atención y satisfacción del usuario.The nurse focuses on providing adequate care to healthy or sick people and thus achieve a benefit for the patient; whose objective of the study was to determine the quality of care of the nurse related to the satisfaction of the patient who goes to the general medical office, Surco - 2023, where the hypothetical deductive methodology was used, with a quantitative approach and non-experimental design, consisting of 80 office users.
