Methods: The present study will be a hypothetical-deductive method, quantitative approach, applied type, descriptive, correlational and non-experimental design. The population and sample made up of 90 nursing professionals, the sampling being nonprobabilistic for convenience. For the processing and analysis of the survey data, first the collected information will be ordered, then the coding will be carried out, once the data has been collected, the data will be organized according to their study variables, the data will be processed using the Microsoft Excel 2019 program and the statistical software SPSS version 26.0 to generate tables and/or graphs by dimensions and indicators of the study variables; Likewise, it will be used to determine the relationship between variables through the Spearman Correlation Test (Rho).Objetivo: Determinar como el conocimiento sobre inmovilización de pacientes politraumatizados se relaciona con la capacidad de respuesta de enfermería en el Servicio de Emergencia del Hospital de Barranca, 2023. Métodos: El presente estudio será método hipotético-deductivo, enfoque cuantitativo, tipo aplicada, descriptivo, correlacional y diseño no experimental. La población y muestra conformada por 90 profesionales enfermeros, siendo el muestreo no probabilístico por conveniencia.
