Methodology: The research uses a hypothetical deductive method with a non-experimental, descriptive, cross-sectional and correlational quantitative approach. Sample: The sample will consist of 132 nursing professionals who work in the emergency service of a hospital in EsSalud (Social Security) in Lima. 2023 and meet the inclusion criteria, the data collection will be through the duly validated application of two instruments, the first is a questionnaire to measure the level of knowledge and the second an observation list to measure the practices of biosafety measures of the nursing professional.Este estudio se realiza con el objetivo de: Determinar la relación que existe entre el nivel de conocimiento y la práctica de las medidas de bioseguridad del profesional de enfermería del servicio de emergencia de un hospital de Essalud de Lima. 2023. Metodología: La investigación es de método hipotético deductivo de enfoque cuantitativo no experimental, descriptivo, de corte transversal y correlacional.
