Metodologia: Es un estudio de Revisión Sistemática Cualitativa de artículos publicados en revistas indexadas. La muestra incluyo 20 artículos originales provObjective: to determine the maternal-fetal risk factors associated with premature rupture of membranes in patients treated at the Hipólito Unanue National Hospital during the period of January - July 2017. Materials and Method: analytical, retrospective, cross-sectional observational study. The study population was made up of the medical records of the patients treated in the Gynecology-obstetrics service of the Hipólito Unanue National Hospital. For data analysis, the statistical program SPSS version 22 was used where the descriptive and inferential analysis was carried out. Results: 10.9% of premature rupture of membranes was found in the period from January to July 2017. The average age was 26 years, with a range of (14 and 45 years), the maternal risk factors were: occupation, gestational age, inadequate prenatal control and urinary tract infection have a statistically significant value (P < 0.05) and macrosomia is the fetal risk factor associated with premature rupture of membranes. with a significant value (P< 0.05). Conclusion: the risk factors associated with premature rupture of membranes are occupation (housewife, dependent worker and independent worker), gestational age (term and preterm), inadequate prenatal control (less than 6 controls) and infection of the urinary tract. The fetal risk factor associated with premature rupture of membranes was fetal macrosomia.application/pdfspahttp://purl.org/coar/access_right/c_abf2https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0/MembranasFactores de RiesgoRupturaMembranesRisk FactorsRuptureFactores de riesgo materno-fetal asociados a ruptura prematura de membranas en pacientes atendidas en el Hospital Nacional Hipólito Unanue durante el período de enero–julio de 2017Maternal-fetal risk factors associated with premature rupture of membranes in patients attended at Hospital Nacional Hipólito Unanue during the period of January - July 2017FETAL MATERNAL RISK FACTORS ASSOCIATED WITH PREMATURE BREAKING OF MEMBRANES IN PATIENTS SERVED AT HIPÓLITO UNANUE NATIONAL HOSPITAL DURING THE PERIOD OF JANUARY - JULY 2017http://purl.org/coar/resource_type/c_7a1fhttps://purl.org/pe-repo/ocde/ford#3.02.02ODS 3: Salud y bienestar.
