The technique will be the survey and the instruments will be the check list in the case of work overload and the questionnaire with regard to satisfaction.Objetivo: Determinar cuál es la relación entre sobrecarga laboral y satisfacción en el personal de enfermería del Servicio de Emergencias del Hospital Dos de Mayo – 2021.
