The methodology was correlational, using the questionnaire in its application to 41 nurses. The results achieved will respond to each of the study objectives. It will be concluded with the summary or description of the answers reached in each objective of the study.La investigación buscó Determinar la relación entre los factores condicionantes del estrés y el proceso de trabajo de enfermería en la Unidad de Cuidados Intensivos del Hospital Cayetano Heredia, mayo, 2023. La metodología fue correlacional, usando el cuestionario en su aplicación hacia 41 enfermeras. Los resultados alcanzados responderán a cada uno de los objetivos de estudio.
