Material y métodos: El método de investigación fue tipo hipotético deductivo, con un enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo básica y de diseño no experimental, descriptivo, prospectivo-transversal, con una muestra de 82 alumnos de la I.E. “Amistad Peruano japonés”, en los estudiantes del 3ero, 4to y 5to año de nivel secundaria. Resultados: Dentro de las características sociodemográficas, el 89 % tienen entre 15-17 años de edad y el 56.1% son de sexo masculino. En cuanto a los resultados sobre conocimiento sobre métodos anticonceptivos, el 59.8% es de nivel moderado, el 34.1% de nivel alto y el 6.1% de nivel bajo. Las actitudes fueron el 82.9% indiferentes, el 13.4% fueron favorables y solo el 3.7% fueron indiferentes. En conclusión: existe relación significativa ente el conocimiento y actitudes en adolescentes sobre el uso de métodos anticonceptivo de la Institución Educativa Amistad Peruano Japones de Ica 2024.English: Objective: To determine the level of knowledge and attitudes in adolescents about the use of contraceptive methods at the Peruvian-Japanese Friendship Educational Institution in Ica 2024. Material and methods: The research method was hypothetical deductive, with a quantitative approach, basic type and non-experimental, descriptive, prospective-cross-sectional design, with a sample of 82 students from the I.E. "Peruano Japanese Friendship", in students of the 3rd, 4th and 5th year of secondary level. Regarding the results on knowledge about contraceptive methods, 59.8% were moderate, 34.1% were high, and 6.1% were low. Attitudes were indifferent in 82.9%, favorable in 13.4%, and indifferent in only 3.7%.
