Regarding the methodology, it is a basic type of research, using a hypothetical-deductive method, non-experimental design, quantitative approach, correlational level, prospective and cross-sectional study, with non-probabilistic sampling. The technique employed was a survey, and the instrument was a questionnaire consisting of 25 questions. The study involved 196 participants (patients with osteoarticular problems) to understand how the patients' quality of life and physical condition affect their emotional and family life. The Spearman’s Rho correlation test was used.
