Loayza Alarico, Manuel JesúsAlegre Hueza, Emma Soledad2023-03-312023-03-312023-01-31https://hdl.handle.net/20.500.13053/8244La tesis de enfoque cuantitativa su objetivo fue determinar la efectividad del programa educativo “Me relevo” en el nivel de conocimiento y práctica del reporte oral del “Personal de enfermería del servicio de Medicina” , hospital III EsSalud Chimbote, 2020, de diseño cuasiexperimental, la población muestral estuvo constituida por 25 personal de enfermería del servicio de medicina hospitalización, a quienes se aplicó instrumentos validados y confiables el cuestionario con alfa de Cronbach 0,762 y guía de observación con alfa de Cronbach 0,732.sobre el reporte oral del personal de enfermería y se aplicó el programa educativo “Me relevo”. Los resultados obtenidos muestran que el nivel de conocimiento antes del programa educativo “Me relevo” fue regular (100%), después del programa, el 100% obtuvo un nivel bueno; en cuanto a la práctica del reporte oral antes del programa el 0% presentaron practicas adecuadas, después del programa, el 100% presento practicas adecuadas. El programa educativo obtuvo una efectividad significativa en cuanto al nivel de conocimiento [Z=-4,339b; p=0.000] y de la práctica sobre el reporte oral [Z=-4,431b; p=0.000] del personal de enfermería, concluyendo que el programa educativo “Me relevo” es efectivo en relación al nivel de conocimiento y la práctica del reporte oral del personal de enfermería. Es necesidad la aplicación del programa frecuentemente para obtener los resultados actuales del estudio.The thesis of quantitative approach its objective was to determine the effectiveness of the educational program "I relieve myself" in the level of knowledge and practice of oral report of the "Nursing personnel of the service of Medicine", hospital III EsSalud Chimbote, 2020. The sample population consisted of 25 nursing personnel of the hospitalization medicine service, to whom validated and reliable instruments were applied: the questionnaire with Cronbach's alpha 0.762 and the observation guide with Cronbach's alpha 0.732 on the oral report of the nursing personnel and the educational program "I relieve myself" was applied. The results obtained show that the level of knowledge before the educational program "Me relevo" was regular (100%), after the program, 100% obtained a good level; as for the practice of oral reporting before the program, 0% presented adequate practices, after the program, 100% presented adequate practices. The educational program obtained a significant effectiveness in terms of the level of knowledge [Z=-4,339b; p=0.000] and practice on oral reporting [Z=-4,431b; p=0.000] of the nursing staff, concluding that the educational program "I relieve myself" is effective in relation to the level of knowledge and practice of oral reporting of the nursing staff.
