La metodología será hipotético-deductiva, el diseño no experimental correlacional y la aplicación del tipo. La muestra está compuesta por 80 enfermeros profesionales. Se les aplicarán dos instrumentos: uno examinará su conocimiento sobre bioseguridad y el otro, su práctica de bioseguridad; cada uno tiene 8 ítems y ambos fueron validados por Aliaga en Perú en 2022. Los datos serán analizados en el software SPSS versión 27; se efectuará un análisis descriptivo a través de tablas y gráficos, además un análisis inferencialque rmplea la prueba no paramétrica de Kolmogorov-Smirnov. Según la distribución de la informacion, se aplicará la prueba Rho de Spearman o, si no es posible, la correlación de Pearson.The aim of this research is to determine how knowledge relates to the application of health practices and biosafety standards among nurses assigned to the surgical center of a health facility located in Ica, Peru, in 2026.
