It is a basic type study, quantitative approach, non-experimental, cross-sectional and correlational design. The population will be made up of 80 parents. Through the survey, two instruments will be applied, the quality perception questionnaire of the care provided by nursing developed by Pineda (2008) and adapted by Cabana (2017) and the Care - Q questionnaire or Satisfaction Scale of the care provided by nursing developed. by nurse Patricia Larson (1998) and adapted for the area. The data obtained will be processed with the SPSS 23.0 program that will allow describing and performing a correlational analysis between the perception of quality of care provided by nursing and the satisfaction of the parents of the neonate admitted to a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.Este trabajo académico tiene como objetivo general determinar la relación entre la percepción de calidad del cuidado que brinda enfermería y la satisfacción en los padres del neonato internado en una Unidad de Cuidados Intensivos Neonatal, Callao 2021. Es un estudio de tipo básico, enfoque cuantitativo, diseño no experimental, transversal y correlacional. La población estará integrada por 80 padres. A través de la encuesta se aplicará dos instrumentos, el cuestionario de percepción de calidad del cuidado que brinda enfermería elaborado por Pineda (2008) y adaptado por Cabana (2017) y el cuestionario Care - Q o Escala de satisfacción del cuidado que brinda enfermería elaborado por la enfermera Patricia Larson (1998) y adaptado para el área.
