The population was made up of 40 nursing professionals who work at the Institute of Neoplastic Diseases of the Center. The technique used was the survey. The instrument was a questionnaire that consists of 20 questions to measure the level of knowledge, and for the attitude variable, the instrument that will be used will be a Likert Scale type questionnaire.El estudio de investigación titulado “Conocimiento y actitud del Profesional de Enfermería sobre efectos adversos de la quimioterapia en el paciente en Instituto Especializado, Junín – 2022”, tuvo como Objetivo: “Determinar la relación entre el conocimiento y actitud del profesional de enfermería sobre los efectos adversos de la quimioterapia en el paciente en Instituto Especializado, Junín -2022.” Metodología: El presente trabajo utiliza el método deductivo, con un enfoque cuantitativo para permitir la recopilación de datos. La población estuvo conformada por 40 profesionales de enfermería que laboran en el Instituto de Enfermedades Neoplásicas del Centro. La técnica que se utilizo fue la encuesta.
