Metodología: El método será hipotético-deductivo, cuantitativo, aplicado, no experimental, transversal y correlacional. La técnica investigativa será una lista de cotejo y los instrumentos serán dos registros de datos sobre niveles de prioridad del triaje (α=0.92), y tiempo de espera (α=0.98); asimismo, tendrá una población y muestra de 95 historias clínicas de pacientes en emergencias; además, culminado con la realización del trabajo de campo seguidamente se codificarán los puntajes según la Escala de Stanones con la yuda del Microsoft Excel 2021 y SPSS 27.0; luego de ello, se reportarán en tablas y/o figuras para realización analítica e interpretativa; y finalmente se realizará la Prueba de Correlación de Spearman (Rho) entre las variables.Objective: To determine how triage priority levels and waiting time are related in the care of emergency patients in a public hospital in Lima, 2024.
