Materials and Methods: The research corresponded to a quantitative approach, descriptive, correlational and cross-sectional type of research. It consisted of a population of 80 mothers and their children under two years of age. The sample was obtained by non-probabilistic convenience sampling of 67 mothers for the research. Technique and instruments: The technique used for one of the variables was a survey of mothers and a checklist to verify compliance with the national vaccination schedule. Results: It was possible to determine that there is a statistically significant relationship between the social determinants of health (SDH) and compliance with the national vaccination schedule in children under 2 years of age in the context of covid-19 in a health center in Lima 2022. It was also found that 72% of the 67 mothers surveyed complied with the national vaccination schedule for their children. In relation to the determinants that are present in the mothers who complied with their children's national vaccination schedule, they are mothers aged between 19 and 28 years, who have 2 to 3 children, are housewives, are in good health, have a nuclear family, and have a nuclear family, They have a nuclear family and the determinants that are present in the mothers who did not comply with their child's national vaccination schedule are age, occupation, number of children, economic income, housing conditions, type of family, hours of care, waiting time for care, availability of vaccines and treatment by the nursing staff. Conclusion: We can conclude that there is a statistically significant relationship between the Social Determinants of Health and Compliance with the National Vaccination Schedule in children under 2 years of age in the context of COVID 19 in a Health Centre in Lima 2022, according to the result of the Sperman rho test where p=0.043<0.05.El objetivo de este trabajo de investigación fue determinar la relación entre los determinantes sociales de la salud (DSS) asociado al cumplimiento del esquema nacional de vacunación en el niño menor de 2 años en el contexto covid-19 en un Centro de salud de Lima 2022. Materiales y Métodos: La investigación correspondió al enfoque cuantitativo, tipo de investigación de descriptiva de nivel correlacional y corte transversal. Constituida por una población de 80 madres con sus niños menores de dos años. La muestra se obtuvo por muestreo no probabilístico por conveniencia de 67 madres para la investigación. Técnica e Instrumentos: La técnica que se designó para una de las variables fue la encuesta realizada a las madres de familia y la lista de cotejo para verificar el cumplimiento del Esquema nacional de Vacunación. Resultados: Se logró determinar que existe una relación estadísticamente significativa entre las determinantes sociales de la salud (DSS) y el cumplimiento del esquema nacional de vacunación en el niño menor de 2 años en el contexto covid-19 en un centro de salud de Lima 2022. También se obtuvo de las 67 madres encuestadas el 72% cumplieron con el esquema nacional de vacunación de sus niños. En relación a las determinantes que están presentes en las madres que cumplieron con su esquema nacional de vacunación de su niño son madres de 19 a 28 años, que tienen de 2 a 3 hijos ,son amas de casa, tienen buen estado de salud, tiene una familia nuclear y en cuanto a las determinantes que están presentes en las madres que no cumplieron con su esquema nacional de vacunación de su niño son la edad , ocupación , número de hijos, el ingreso económico, condición de la vivienda, tipo de familia, horario de atención, tiempo de espera para la atención, disponibilidad de vacunas y trato del personal de enfermería.
