El objetivo central consiste en Determinar la relación entre el Nivel de conocimiento y las prácticas de enfermería en la prevención de lesiones cutáneas en un hospital de Chiclayo, 2025. La investigación será de tipo deductivo, con enfoque cuantitativo, y descriptivo-correlacional. El instrumento seleccionado para evaluar el nivel de conocimiento es el “cuestionario de conocimientos sobre prevención de LPP CPUPP-31” que es una versión modificada del CPUPP-37 elaborado por Josefa Arboledas Bellón, Para la evaluación de la practicas se utilizará una ficha observacional, que fue desarrollada por Flor Villanueva en el 2022.Ambos instrumentos serán aplicados a una muestra de 382 enfermeras. La recopilación y procesamiento de la información se llevará a cabo mediante el uso del software estadístico SPSS, versión 27. Para establecer la relación existente entre las variables se aplicará la prueba estadística no paramétrica de Chi-cuadrado (X²). Los hallazgos se expondrán mediante tablas de doble entrada y representaciones gráficas., los cuales servirán de base para su interpretación, análisis, discusión y la formulación de conclusiones pertinentes.This study aims to analyze the level of knowledge of nurses regarding preventive measures for skin injuries and its relationship with nursing practices in a hospital in Chiclayo. The main objective is to determine the relationship between the level of knowledge and nursing practices in the prevention of skin injuries in a hospital in Chiclayo, 2025. The research will follow a deductive approach, with a quantitative, descriptive–correlational design. The instrument selected to assess the level of knowledge is the “Knowledge Questionnaire on Pressure Injury Prevention (CPUPP-31),” which is a modified version of the CPUPP-37 developed by Josefa Arboledas Bellón. To evaluate nursing practices, an observational checklist will be used, which was designed by Flor Villanueva in 2022. Both instruments will be applied to a sample of 382 nurses. Data collection and processing will be carried out using the statistical software SPSS, version 27. To establish the relationship between the variables, the non-parametric Chi-square (X²) test will be applied.
