A pesar de ello, se han encontrado diferentes deficiencias en el conocimiento y práctica de la esterilización en autoclave, poniendo en riesgo a los pacientes y al staff de salud del hospital. OBJETIVO: Determinar cuál es la relación entre nivel de conocimiento y práctica del método de esterilización en autoclave en enfermeros de central de esterilización de un hospital de Caraz, 2025. MATERIALES Y MÉTODOS: se seguirá el enfoque cuantitativo, diseño no experimental y nivel correlacional. Participarán 50 enfermeros. Las técnicas serán la encuesta y la observación, mientras que los instrumentos serán un cuestionario con 30 preguntas para la primera variable y una guía de observación con 15 ítems para la segunda.The sterilization center is an area that requires highly specialized professionals who are permanently updated regarding protocols, standards and sterilization methods that allow them to carry out the multiple processes required to eliminate pathogens or microorganisms from hospital equipment and instruments.
