METHOD: A questionnaire was applied to 120 healthcare workers who were selected via convenience sampling. The surveys consisted of 20 items, with 5 items for each dimension. The study was an applied type with a cross-sectional observational design. RESULTS: Of a total of 120 healthcare workers, the level of knowledge about quaternary ammonium during COVID-19 was analyzed. 82.5% had a good level of knowledge, while 17.5% had a regular level of knowledge. CONCLUSIONS: The level of knowledge about quaternary ammonium during COVID-19 among healthcare personnel is good.OBJETIVO: Analizar el nivel de conocimiento sobre amonio cuaternario en tiempos de COVID-19 en personal de salud de dos hospitales de Lima. MÉTODO: Se aplicó un cuestionario a 120 trabajadores del área de salud quienes fueron seleccionados a través de un muestreo por conveniencia, las encuestas estaban constituidas por 20 ítems considerando 5 para cada dimensión. Estudio tipo aplicada con diseño observacional de tipo transversal. RESULTADOS: De un total de 120 personas trabajadores de salud, se analizó el nivel de conocimiento sobre amonio cuaternario en tiempos de COVID-19, el 82,5 % tuvieron un nivel de conocimiento bueno, mientras que el 17,5% nivel de conocimiento regular.
