In order to achieve the objective, a quantitative approach, hypothetical deductive method, applied type, non-experimental design, correlational level and cross-sectional approach was proposed, in which 50 mothers of children under 5 years of age attending a mother and child center in Lima - Peru will participate. The sample will be the same number of participants because it is a minimum number. Two questionnaires will be applied to the sample: one to measure the level of knowledge about immunizations and the other, a questionnaire to measure the attitude on the subject. The information collected will be processed and the results will be shown in tables and charts.Objetivo: Determinar la relación que existe entre el nivel de conocimiento sobre inmunizaciones y la actitud de las madres de niños menores de cinco años de un centro materno infantil de Lima -2023. Para alcanzar el objetivo se planteó una metodología cuyo enfoque fue cuantitativo, método hipotético deductivo, tipo aplicada, diseño no experimental, nivel correccional y de corte transversal, en la cual participaran 250 madres de niños menores de 5 años que asisten a un centro materno infantil en Lima-Perú. La muestra será la misma cantidad de participante por tratarse de una cantidad mínima. A la muestra se le aplicara dos cuestionarios: uno para medir el nivel de conocimiento sobre inmunizaciones y el otro, un cuestionario para medir la actitud sobre el tema. La información recolectada será procesada y sus resultados serán mostrados en gráficos y tablas.
