Metodología: La investigación cuantitativa y un método hipotético-deductivo, transversal, correlacional, aplicada y no experimental. Población: Se contará con 100 profesionales de enfermería las cuales aceptaron participar, siendo así una muestra censal. La encuesta y el cuestionario serán los instrumentos del estudio, validados y confiables (Alfa de Cronbac de 0.600 y 0.948). Los datos se tabularán para obtener las estadísticas necesarias y se interpretarán mediante tablas y gráficos cuando sea necesario. Finalmente, se utilizarán coeficientes para estimar el grado de correlación entre ambas variables, de Kaiser Meyer Olkin (KMO) y el Chi cuadrado, que dará respuesta a los objetivos planteado.Objective: To determine how work factors are related to the stress that occurs in emergency nursing professionals who work in the emergency service in a hospital institution in Lima 2024.
