Sample: the total population, Methodological Design: The type of research will be applied. Design will be non-experimental, hypothetical-deductive quantitative. Instruments: To evaluate the variable "job satisfaction" the questionnaire adapted by Sonia Palma Carrillo in 2011, reliable through Crombach's Alpha of 0.733, will be used and to evaluate the variable "quality of nursing care" the questionnaire adapted by Patricia Larson will be applied in the 2019, reliable through Crombach's Alpha with an index of 0.88. The data collection technique will be the survey.
