Material and Method: This project will be carried out with a quantitative approach instrument, which will collect data and analyze it according to the spss 25 program. According to the results, a sample of 122 patients will be selected, a non-probabilistic sampling will be selected for convenience. The Newcastle Asthma Knowledge Questionnaire (NAKQ) was validated in research by Fitzclarence R, Henry L. This survey has 31 questions and identifies general knowledge about asthma, asthma attacks, treatment and finally myths or beliefs.Introducción: Según la Organización Mundial de la salud (OMS), calcula que unos 235 millones entre adultos y niños tienen como morbilidad el ama y el 70% de los fallecimientos por asma se da en los países con una economía baja y media. Material y Método: En este proyecto se realizará con un instrumento de enfoque cuantitativo, la cual se recolectará datos y se analizará según el programa de spss 25. Según formula resultado una muestra de 122 pacientes, que se seleccionará un muestreo no probabilístico por conveniencia. El cuestionario de Newcastle Asthma Knowledge Questionnaire (NAKQ), fue validado en una investigación por Fitzclarence R, Henry L.
