Cárdenas de Fernández, María HildaSaucedo Jaimes, Andrea2022-10-292022-10-292022-08-05https://hdl.handle.net/20.500.13053/6959La presente investigación se realizó con el objetivo de “Determinar los factores predisponentes que se asocian a la ansiedad en el personal de salud durante la pandemia por la COVID – 19, en la clínica Santa Isabel”. en este estudio descriptivo, cuantitativo y correlacional de corte transversal, muestra poblacional de 104 profesionales de la salud, se les aplicó un cuestionario que permitió obtener información respecto a los factores asociados a la ansiedad. Los resultados arrojaron que un 33.7% fueron profesionales entre 40 – 49 años de edad, el 46% fueron solteras y un 67.3% tuvieron por lo menos un hijo; así mismo un 48.1% fueron técnicas de enfermería, el 50% mostró preocupación por contagiarse de COVID-19 y sobre todo contagiar a sus familiares (74%), el 71.2% mostró satisfacción con el EPP recibido, y el 65% no consideraba que haya sobrecarga laboral. Luego de aplicar la prueba estadística “Chi cuadrado” con un nivel de significancia (p= 0.05) para la contratación de las hipótesis se concluyó que, dentro de los factores predisposicionales y factores activadores no se asocian a la ansiedad, factores de mantenimiento, se asocian significativa con la ansiedad.This research was conducted with the aim of “Determining the predisposing factors associated with anxiety in health personnel during the COVID-19 pandemic at the Santa Isabel clinic”. In this descriptive, quantitative and correlational cross-sectional study, a population sample of 104 health professionals was administered a questionnaire that allowed obtaining information regarding the factors associated with anxiety. The results showed that 33.7% were professionals between 40 - 49 years of age, 46% were single and 67.3% had at least one child; likewise, 48.1% were nursing technicians, 50% showed concern about becoming infected with COVID-19 and especially infecting their family members (74%), 71.2% showed satisfaction with the PPE received, and 65% did not consider that there was work overload.
