Methods: we worked with an applied methodology of correlational cross-section, of quantitative nature, with a sample of 90 patients on hemodialysis through the use of two questionnaires. After its application, data can be collected that will be coded and recorded in a database that will be statistically analyzed by the Spss 25.0 program, with a descriptive and inferential technique, the latter being through the Spearman test that will serve to verify the hypotheses of study and to be able to provide the conclusions of the case.Objetivo: Determinar la relación entre la adherencia al tratamiento y la calidad de vida en pacientes en hemodiálisis. Métodos: se trabajará con una metodología aplicada de corte transversal correlacional, de naturaleza cuantitativa, con una muestra de 90 pacientes en hemodiálisis a través del uso de dos cuestionarios.
