The research employed a cross-sectional design and was also descriptive, quantitative, and correlational. The study population consisted of 70 different nurses. The survey technique was chosen, with the questionnaire as the instrument. It was found that there is a relationship between burnout syndrome and job performance through Spearman's correlation factor, which was Rho = -0.302. These results indicate the presence of a negative connection between both variables, which, since they are inversely proportional, suggests that improvement in job performance is likely to occur after the absence of burnout syndrome. The results led the researchers to conclude that there is a connection between burnout syndrome and overall job performance. Similarly, 1.4% (1) of the respondents from a private clinic in Lima had a high presence of burnout syndrome, 91.4% (64) had a medium level, and 7.1% (5) had a low level. On the other hand, 54.3% (38) had excellent job performance, 44.3% (31) had good job performance, and 1.4% (1) had poor job performance.Objetivo: Determinar la relación que hay entre el Síndrome Burnout y el Desempeño Laboral en el personal de enfermería de una Clínica Privada de Lima 2022. Material y métodos: El método de investigación fue hipotético deductivo, el enfoque metodológico utilizado fue cuantitativo, no experimental, transversal y descriptivo correlacional. La muestra se consideró censal y estuvo conformada por 70 profesionales de enfermería, siendo seleccionadas por criterios de inclusión y exclusión de la investigación. Para medir el síndrome de burnout se utilizó en instrumento de (MBI- GS) que comprende de 15 ítems agrupados en 3 dimensiones. Para el variable desempeño laboral se utilizó el instrumento del mencionado variable que fue elaborado por la investigadora Ccosscco en el 2020, este comprende de 18 ítems.
