Methods: A non-experimental design was used, with a hypothetical-deductive method, basic research, quantitative approach, descriptive scope, and cross-sectional design. The sample consisted of 384 people selected through simple random probability sampling. Data collection was conducted using a questionnaire through surveys. Results: Of the 384 respondents, 57.3% were male, 56.3% were between 36-50 years old, 41.1% were single, and 31% were married. Regarding education, 52.6% had higher education, and 37.5% had secondary education. Regarding the plant's part used: 82.5% used leaves, 64.6% stems, 72.9% roots, and 83.6% the whole plant. Regarding preparation: 50.8% used decoction, 79.4% infusion, 51.8% aqueous extract, and 41.7% hydroalcoholic extract. Regarding the route of administration: 70.3% used the oral route, and 54.1% used it topically on the skin. Therapeutic uses: 58.9% for stomach pain, 79.2% for liver conditions, 39.3% as an antidiabetic, 21.6% as a diuretic, 54.1% for gallstones, 22.7% as an antihypertensive, 26.8% to stimulate blood circulation, 77.2% to lower serum cholesterol and triglycerides, 46.3% for weight loss, 28.7% as an anti-acne treatment, and 28.7% as an anti-inflammatory. Conclusion: The main uses of Hercampuri were to treat liver conditions, as an antidiabetic, diuretic, for gallstones, as an antihypertensive, to reduce cholesterol and triglyceride levels, for weight loss, as an anti-acne treatment, and as an anti-inflammatory.El objetivo fue identificar los usos tradicionales del Gentianella alborosea (Gilg) Fabris (Hercampuri) en personas adultas de la Urbanización el Trébol de los Olivos, Lima 2023. Métodos; se usó diseño no experimental, método hipotético deductivo, investigación básica, enfoque cuantitativo, alcance descriptivo, corte transversal, muestra 384 personas, muestreo probabilístico aleatorio simple, la recolección de datos se realizó con cuestionario mediante encuestas. Resultados, de 384 personas, 57,3% fueron masculinos, 56,3% edad entre 36-50 años, 41,1% solteros, 31% casados; 52,6% estudios superiores y 37,5% estudios secundarios; uso de órgano de la planta; 82,5% hojas; 64,6% tallos; 72,9% raíz; 83,6% toda la planta; forma de preparación; 50,8% en cocimiento; 79,4% infusión; 51,8% extracto acuoso; 41,7% extracto hidroalcohólico; vía de administración, 70,3% vía oral; 54,1% vía tópica en piel; los usos terapéuticos; 58,9% para dolor de estómago; 79,2% afecciones hepáticas; 39,3% antidiabético; 21,6% diurético; 54,1% cálculos biliares; 22,7% antihipertensivos; 26,8% estimular la circulación sanguínea, 77,2% bajar colesterol y triglicéridos séricos; 46,3% adelgazar; antiacné; 28,7% antiinflamatorio.
