Población: Se contará con 58 personas entre enfermeras y técnicas de enfermería, se empleará la encuesta aplicando dos cuestionarios. Las herramientas empleadas cuentan con corroboración por parte de especialistas y su consistencia ha sido verificada mediante análisis estadísticos. Estos instrumentos facilitarán la captación de la información, la cual será registrada en un repositorio de información y examinada de forma descriptiva mediante cuadros y representaciones gráficas; e inferencial mediante el Rho de Spearman, procedimiento que hará posible verificar las conjeturas propuestas y, en consecuencia, emitir las conclusiones pertinentes.The objective of this study is: "To determine the relationship between occupational risks and work performance in nursing professionals in the sterilization center".
