Methodology: The research is a quantitative study with a correlational level and cross-sectional design, which will be carried out with 50 nursing professionals from Guillermo Almenara Irigoyen Hospital. The technique used will be the survey, and the instruments will be two Likert-type questionnaires: The first instrument, titled "Questionnaire of the National Institute of Safety and Hygiene at Work (INSHT)", will collect information regarding the workload of the nursing professional and consists of 58 items organized into four dimensions. The second instrument, Nursing Stress Scale (NSS)", will evaluate job stress and consists of 34 items distributed across 3 dimensions.
