Materials and Methods: Observational and retrospective systematic review, the search has been restricted to articles with full text, and the selected articles were subjected to a critical reading, using the GRADE evaluation using its strength and degree of recommendation. Results: Of the total of the 10 articles reviewed, 100% affirm that the education provided by the staff is essential for the completion of treatment in patients with tuberculosis. Conclusions: It was evident from the 10 articles reviewed, 100 (n=10/10) that 100% show that education and awareness in patients with tuberculosis is essential to avoid abandonment and successfully complete their treatment.Objetivos: Sistematizar las evidencias sobre la efectividad de la educación que brinda el personal para el éxito del tratamiento en pacientes con tuberculosis. Materiales y Métodos: Revisión Sistemática observacional y retrospectivo, la búsqueda se ha restringido a artículos con texto completo, y los artículos seleccionados se sometieron a una lectura crítica, utilizando la evaluación de GRADE utilizando su fuerza y grado de recomendación. Resultados: Del total de los10 artículos revisados el 100 % afirma que la educación que brinda el personal es primordial para la culminación de tratamiento en pacientes con tuberculosis.
