El estudio es una investigación con enfoque cuantitativo, con diseño descriptivo – correlacionar y método hipotético deductivo. La población y muestra lo constituyen licenciados en enfermería que pertenecen al servicio de Centro Quirúrgico del Hospital nacional Arzobispo Loayza siendo un total de 50. La técnica utilizada fue la encuesta y como instrumento se tomó en cuenta al cuestionario acerca de ambas variables. Los datos se analizaron utilizando la versión más reciente del software SPSS. Las deducciones alcanzadas son las siguientes: se observa una conexión estadísticamente significativa relativa dentro del entorno de trabajo y el contento del personal de unidad de cirugía del centro de salud nacional Arzobispo Loayza 2024, que permite disminuir las amenazas laborales.The purpose of the research will be to know the link between the work environment and the connection between workplace environment and employee contentment in nurses at the operating facility of the Arzobispo Loayza 2024 National Hospital, Lima district, Lima province. The study is a study employing a quantitative methodology, with a descriptive correlational design and a hypothetical deductive method. The population and sample are composed of nursing alumni who belong to the Hospit Surgical Center service Archbishop Loayza National Hospital with a total of 50. the method employed was the questionnaire and survey on workplace environment and employee satisfaction was taken into account as an instrument. The data were processed through the latest version SPSS program.
