Sin embargo, se ha podido detectar que, a pesar del gran esfuerzo y entrega de los enfermeros para atender a los pacientes, existe un insuficiente conocimiento y práctica de medidas de bioseguridad, situación que puede exponer a los pacientes a múltiples peligros. Objetivo: determinar la relación entre los conocimientos y la práctica de medidas de bioseguridad en enfermeras de centro quirúrgico de un hospital nivel II, Lima-2025. Materiales y métodos: el enfoque será cuantitativo y correlacional. Se contará con 60 enfermeras. Las técnicas serán la encuesta y la observación. El instrumento para la primera variable será un cuestionario con 22 preguntas y para la segunda variable la guía de observación con 19 ítems.Introduction: The work performed by nurses in surgical centers is extremely important, as it involves each of the processes that must be carried out before, during, and after the intervention.
