The Methodology: hypothetical deductive method, non-experimental design, quantitative approach, type applied descriptive, correlational, cross-sectional; The sample will consist of 65 nursing professionals who work in the ICU, the instruments that will be used for the research will be the INSHT questionnaire that will measure the workload with 58 items and the Likert scale questionnaire will measure the quality of life with 35 items. which are already validated; Both instruments have a high level of statistical reliability (0.83 and 0.95 in Cronbach's Alpha). Data collection will take approximately 15 to 25 minutes for each participant.Objetivo: Determinar como la carga laboral se relaciona con la calidad de vida en el profesional de enfermería en la unidad de cuidados intensivos del Hospital Nacional, Lima, 2024.
