Material y método: Este estudio adoptará el método hipotético deductivo, un enfoque cuantitativo con diseño correlacional, no experimental, transversal. Contará con una muestra 88 enfermeras; se emplearán instrumentos validados confiables, el cuestionario del estrés tiene una confiabilidad la cual presenta un alfa de Cronbach de 0,91. y la segunda variable desempeño profesional presenta una confiabilidad por alfa de Cronbach de 0,88. Para el análisis de los datos recogidos, se utilizarán técnicas estadísticas inferenciales no paramétricas avanzadas, aplicando software estadístico SPSS a fin de ejecutar Rho de Spearman, asegurando así la precisión en la interpretación de los resultados y en el procesamiento de las hipótesis.
