Patients tend to adopt modified movements due to the fear of falling, balance deficits, and coordination issues. Functional recovery will depend on various factors. The neurorehabilitation program aims to help patients improve their movement without the fear of falling, losing balance, or coordination, and will be assessed using the Tinetti Scale at the start and end of treatment to achieve functional independence.La hemiplejia es un desorden neurológico que se caracteriza por la pérdida súbita o lenta del control motor de un lado del cuerpo, pasando por dos etapas: hemiplejia flácida encontrando el tono disminuido e inhibido los reflejos y hemiplejia espástica el tono se ve aumentado progresivamente apareciendo actitud extensora en miembro inferior. Los pacientes van adoptando modificaciones en su desplazamiento, por el temor de caerse, déficit en el equilibrio y coordinación. La recuperación funcional va estar dado por distintos factores.
