For this purpose, it is considered to use the deductive research method, the quantitative approach, basic and non-experimental. correlational. The sample is made up of 141 nursing professionals who work at Hospital II EsSalud Cajamarca, the sample being the same under probabilistic sampling. The occupational risks variable consists of five dimensions: biological, physical, chemical, ergonomic and psychological risk; while the biosafety compliance variable addresses three dimensions: use of PPE, personal hygiene and environmental cleanliness. Likewise, the survey has been established as the technique to collect data, with the questionnaire being the instrument to apply. The data analysis will be carried out both descriptively and inferentially, according to the correlation test indicated by the Shapiro-Wilk normality analysis.La investigación tiene por objetivo analizar la relación de los riesgos laborales con el cumplimiento de bioseguridad en el personal del Hospital II EsSalud Cajamarca, 2023. Para tal fin se considera usar el método de investigación deductivo, el enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo básica y no experimental correlacional. La muestra la conforman los 141 profesionales de enfermería que prestan labores en el Hospital II EsSalud Cajamarca, siendo la muestra la misma bajo muestreo probabilístico. La variable riesgos laborales consta de cinco dimensiones: riesgo biológico, físico, químico, ergonómico y psicológico; mientras que la variable cumplimiento de bioseguridad aborda tres dimensiones: uso de epp, higiene personal y limpieza del entorno. Asimismo, se ha establecido a la encuesta como la técnica para recopilar datos, siendo el cuestionario el instrumento a aplicar.
