Objective: Determine the relationship between stress and workload in the vaccination brigades of the DIRIS Lima Norte 2023. Methods: It is hypothetical deductive with a nonexperimental and transversal design, it will be carried out with 80 health professionals, including nursing graduates and nursing technicians who are part of the vaccination brigades of Diris Lima Norte. The variables that will be studied are stress and burden. work, in which it will be carried out with the application of a survey where the two measurement instruments are developed, which is the nursing stress scale and the workload scale. For this, the analysis test will be the Pearson correlation coefficient. and Spearman's Rho test is in relation to the statistical part.El presente estudio ayudara a poder ver como se encuentra la salud mental del personal de enfermería en este caso las brigadas de vacunación de la Dirección de Redes Integradas de Salud (DIRIS) Lima Norte a través de la medición del estrés laboral y la carga laboral, el estrés en los últimos tiempos se ha ido incrementando y post pandemia dejo una ardua labor y una gran carga para el personal de vacunación.
