Material and Methods: A systematic review of international and national research is carried out, obtained through databases: Epistemonikos, NCBI, PubMed, Elsevier, and Scielo, which have been evaluated through the grade system to determine the level of evidence. The search was carried out by applying DeCS and MeSH descriptors for the search in English and Spanish respectively. 60% (6/10) of the articles correspond to Australia, the United States and England respectively with 20% each and the remaining 40% (4/10) to Spain, China, Germany, and Canada respectively.Objetivo: Sistematizar la evidencia de estudios respecto de la eficacia de la fijación con dispositivos adhesivos comparado con la fijación por sutura en pacientes con catéter venoso central para disminuir las infecciones. Material y Métodos: Se ejecuta la revisión sistemática de investigaciones internacionales y nacionales, obtenidas mediante base de datos: Epistemonikos, NCBI, PubMed, Elsevier, y Scielo, las que se han evaluado a través del sistema grade para determinar el grado de evidencia. Desarrollándose la búsqueda aplicando descriptores DeCS y MeSH para la búsqueda en inglés y español respectivamente.
