Therefore, physical capacity will be measured using the Rufier Dickson test, and exercise tolerance will be assessed with the Cooper test. Subsequently, inferential statistical analysis will be used, employing hypothesis testing. The population for this study is 200 people, and a representative sample of 133 individuals will be selected through simple random sampling.
